Are you ready to give up ?

Have you ever woke to that voice of self sabotage, the voice of doubt, that constant screeching voice telling you that no matter what or who you think you are, where you want to go is impossible, that you can't do it and that you'll never make it.

That is my morning reminder every day. The quarrel that I have with myself. The stubborn villain that refuses to leave and make my life easy.

Do you have a self sabotaging belief that you are not enough and that it is pointless to follow your dreams? That you don't have the skills, ability or education to act on your dreams? If so you are not alone.

Having the self sabotaging belief does not make you unique, how you defend yourself from it and how you fight back is what makes you unique.

We must find within ourselves our inner hero. Our inner champion, our reason, purpose or will to fight back. The reason for our passion must be stronger than our reason to quit. We must find that place in our heart where we can go to find the love and joy of our dream, this is what propels us into the next level of being us, our uniquely beautiful self.

Self sabotage is nothing more than a belief, in many cases this belief is not even yours, it is a belief that someone else has had about you, and because you love them they have perhaps unwittingly forced that belief onto you.

This belief may have come from a parent, a friend, a lover, a spouse or even a peer group, no matter who I can guarantee it did not begin with you. Perhaps today is the day to de-clutter your mind of negative thoughts about you, perhaps its the day to write those negative beliefs about you that are holding you back on a pretty card, put it in an envelope and dump them. They do not define you.

Your next chapter is incredible, your next chapter is positive. Your next chapter propels you into the life of your dreams, the life you desire, the life you create with your thoughts and your passions and no-one gets to interrupt that pathway but you.
